YOU WILL NEED

• One sheet of paper at least 20 inches (51 centimeters) long
• Scissors
• Two postcards
• Tape
• Piece of ribbon 24 inches (61 centimeters) long
• Markers, stickers, cutouts, and photographs

HERE’S HOW

1. Cut the paper 20 inches (51 centimeters) long and the same width as the postcards.
2. Fold the paper every four inches (ten centimeters) so it makes five folds. Each piece should be the same size and fold on top of the next.
3. Tape the middle of the ribbon to the back of one postcard. Make sure the ribbon is centered.
4. With pictures facing out, glue the postcards to the top and bottom of the folded stack of paper. One postcard will cover the taped part of the ribbon.
5. Use markers to decorate both sides of the folded paper. You can write about your vacation and draw pictures. Also add stickers, cutouts, and photographs.
6. Put the book together like an accordion. Hold it together by tying the ribbon in a loose knot or bow at the top.
